New PTE Exam Format 2022 - EduTrainex
The PTE Listening section has undergone some changes, as per the PTE exam format 2022. Firstly, fill-in-the-blank (listening), highlight wrong words, and write from dictation in this listening section have not changed, but summarize spoken text, multiple choice, multiple answers, highlight correct summary, multiple choice, correct answer, and select missing word has been reduced from 2-3 to 1-2 questions. As a result, there are fewer questions in the listening section, as the old rules required a 10-minute optional break. But since November 16, 2021, the optional break has been removed from the new PTE exam format.
In the PTE score report, some changes have been made; your overall score and your listening, reading, writing, and speaking scores remain unchanged, but you won't earn enabling skills for grammar and vocabulary; instead, you'll get a report on how to improve your skills in these areas. There is no need to worry, here is a full description of the changes coming to the PTE. This is to inform you that these changes will go into effect after November 16, 2021.
