WACEO AISBL is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide regulatory clarity to blockchain-based projects like DAOs, NFTs, DeFi, and other blockchain implementations, delivering expert legal advice, auditing services, and business consultation support while also being able to provide legal representation to entity-less projects. One of the principle methods by which we work with DAOs is by conducting light audits on the existing structure of the DAO to identify and highlight the risks and liabilities associated with them.
