"We believe development must begin where our roots lie – and for us, that is Gir." Our vision is simple yet powerful: to develop and empower the Gir region through ethical sourcing, traditional methods, and community collaboration. We collect milk directly from Gir, supporting local farmers and the preservation of the A2 Gir cow breed. Using the Bilona method, we churn curd into butter the way it's been done for centuries. This butter is then brought to our Ahmedabad plant, where it is gently processed into rich, golden ghee. With every product we create, we're building a future for Gir – one that respects tradition, supports rural livelihoods, and shares the region's heritage with the world.
