David Lesperance has specialized in tax and immigration issues as a member of the Ontario Bar from 1989 to 2017. After advising his first US citizen expatriation client in 1990, Mr. Lesperance has been particularly focused on the integration of tax, immigration and citizenship for American-based and international High Net Worth clients in Europe and Asia. Inspired by his work as a border official while attending law school in Canada, David Lesperance Lawyer has specialized in tax and immigration issues as a member of the Ontario Bar from 1989 to 2017. Since then David Lesperance Lawyer has assisted hundreds of US clients to legally and permanently leave the US tax system and global clients to organize the citizenship, residence and domicile of HNW individuals and families. In addition, by working with their existing trusted advisors, David Lesperance Lawyer has assisted many other HNW clients to establish their personal and family “Backup Plans”. Along with the option of being able to leave their home tax systems, these Backup Plans provide clients with the tools to deal with any possible negative events that may occur in their lives. David Lesperance Lawyer has travelled extensively throughout the Middle and Far East and Asia where he has assisted many clients to establish Backup Plans that address issues unique to those regions. His “Global & Local” approach to planning is reflected in the fact that David Lesperance Lawyer has twice executed Backup Plans for himself and his family.
