When you need to talk, book an online session with one of our therapists. Pay only for the sessions you have. How it works: By clicking ‘Book now’ you are taken through 4 steps in order for your booking request to be submitted to the therapist of your choice. The therapist will then typically confirm the appointment within a day or indicate alternative availability if they cannot make it. 1. Search for therapists In the Find, a therapist page uses the filters to set preferences such as price range, gender, language, and more so that you can find the best match for you. 2. Choose a time Once you have found your therapist select the type of session and the date and time you want to request a session for. Some therapists offer audio for added privacy, others offer lower-cost shorter introductory sessions. 3. Tell us about yourself Answer a few simple questions about the issues that you are facing so that your therapist can prepare the best approach to help you. 4. Send your request to your therapist Submit your booking request along with your payment details. You will receive the therapists's response promptly.
