In this video, a neighbor called the police and reported them a false accusations of another neighbor’s was threatening him and being raciest to him. The Police report in WEST DES Moines, IA 50266. So, Police came by to the scene and they started investigating the issue between the two neighbors. You can see and learn from the incident which was recorded by West Des Moines Police Bodycam. The Fabricated Incident Report which was claimed by the neighbor was, the family was repeatedly harassed. The cumulative effect of such incidents and crimes can destroy lives through emotional damage. The intention of the perpetrator may be far more serious than it first appears. Verbal abuse is often an indicator of a serious problem, rather than the problem itself. Racial harassment may be committed by neighbor. Racial activity should be strictly prohibited to ensure public security. Hate crime is any criminal offence which is perceived by the victim or any other person, as being motivated by prejudice or hate. A hate crime may be motivated by race. A sentence for a hate crime will be more severe than one for a similar crime without a racist motive.
