Tech Tammina’s Complaint Board app, using the power of the Appian platform, enables you to manage any kind of complains/service requests in an organization. Allows the user to categorize and prioritize the complaint and letting the groups/departments know the expected resolution date. This application is designed with Appian 18.1 features, making the UI more intuitive. The App gives the ease to the administrators by giving the ability to create the categories, groups and mapping members to groups & groups to categories using tempos.
