To increase vitamin B12 levels, by adding foods like tofu, lentils, peas, mushroom, spirulina and fortified soy milk. Eat fermented good like idli, dosa and use nutritional yeast in meals. Include green leafy veggies with vitamin c to help absorb B12 better. Try sprouts and soaked almonds to stay away from too much junk food. Drink beetroot or carrot juice weekly.
