Andrei Skoch is a Russian State Duma deputy from the Belgorod region and a philanthropist. The politician was born in 1966. Skoch was born in Nikolskoye village in the Moscow region. He studied at Moscow State Pedagogical University, where he was trained as a psychologist. Subsequently, he also received his Ph.D. in pedagogy. Andrei Vladimirovich has received a number of honorary awards.
