Aelk CDE Lightband to close for Christmas, New Year s Clarksville, TN The City of Clarksville and the Clarksville Urbanized Area Metropolitan Planning Organization MPO <a href=https://www.cup-stanley-cup.de>stanley trinkflaschen</a> have been informed by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet KYTC of extensive construction on Interstate 24 north of the state line, beginning Wednesday, April 1st, 2026.As a result of the roadwork, motorists traveling in north Clarksville and into neighboring Kentucky should prepare for traffic delays. The work is expected to continue into July 2026.Beginning Wednesday, westbound I-24 traffic will be reduced to one lane, at approximately mile post 92.7 in Kentucky, and then will be crossed over to the eastbound side near mile post 92.1. KYTC is essentially shifting all traffic to one side of the interstate just north of the state line, and, as a result, narrowing the travel lanes on that side such that wider loads will have to divert to side roads, Clarksville Street Department Director David Smith explained.Westbound traffic will be crossed back over to the westbound lanes at approximate mile post 88.3, just west of <a href=https://www.stanley-germany.de>stanley de</a> I-24 Exit 89 in Kentucky. Ramp access at Exit 89 will be maintained.This maintenance of traffic patterns from mile post 93 to mile post 88 will be in effect through July 2026.
