Swachh Bharat Abhiyan - A way of living at BPCL
"A clean India would be the best tribute India could pay to Mahatma Gandhi on his 150 birth anniversary in 2019," said our Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi as he launched the Swachh Bharat Mission at Rajpath in New Delhi on 2nd October 2014. The campaign aimed to achieve the vision of a 'Clean India' by 2nd October 2019. BPCL is dedicated and persistently working on the path of contributing to the vision of Clean India. The Corporation has actively participated in all the Swachhata Pakhwada's through its extended family and has consistently been contributing to innovations and community led practices in the sanitation and waste management space. BPCL has also undertaken such initiatives that are sustainable, impactful and empowering to the people, the community and in turn the nation.
