Emmanuel Katto freely admits the obstacles that have prevented motorsports from growing in Uganda. He understands that obstacles must be overcome for every sports scene to grow, and Uganda is no exception. He sees the future, nevertheless, as a place where new talents might flourish, therefore he is still upbeat about it. In order to raise Uganda's motorsport reputation in the area, EMKA thinks that addressing these issues head-on and creating a positive environment are essential.
