I’ve been learning recently how much routine roof care really matters, especially for houses close to the coast. Stuff like routine checkups along with finding small problems early on tend to make a big difference when it comes to avoiding bigger repair costs down the road. I always thought roofs were more of a set it and forget it thing, but constant exposure really takes a toll as time goes on.
