The Accounting Virtual Assistant will be responsible for supporting the accounting department by monitoring daily communications and answering any queries, preparing statutory accounts, working with spreadsheets, sales, and purchase ledgers and journals, recording and filing cash transactions, and other duties. Virtual Assistant Bookkeeping responsibilities include: • Monitoring daily communications between departments to ensure everything is in order. • Interacting with clients by providing accurate information and assistance with their inquiries. • Preparing statutory accounts for client billing purposes. • Supporting sales team members by providing accurate information on their products/services offered within the company. • Supporting purchasing team members by providing accurate information on their purchased items within the company (i.e., shipping costs).
