86 is one of the few anime that I will watch this season while it airs. Its opening is brutal, its beginning was the most promising and I can't ask for much more. I have read chapter 1 of the light novel and chapter 1 of the manga, because the light novel left little to the imagination with the narrative, while the manga has vignettes representing what happens in each moment.
