Saffron Filaments should impart yellow colour to Alcohol, Ether, Chloroform, Methanol & Water BUT not to Benzone & Xylene. Saffron Filaments Should not leave any oily Stain when it's filaments are pressed between unglazed paper indicating the absence of added mineral OR Vegetable Oil.
