The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) allows the province to nominate qualified foreign workers who have the potential to thrive in Saskatchewan to apply for a provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residence. It is also one of the easiest Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) to apply as a job offer or work experience in Canada is not required to qualify. However, candidates need to have minimum one year of full-time work experience to apply for both of its subcategories – Express Entry and Occupation in Demand. In order to apply for a provincial nomination through either of these streams, candidates need to first register an EOI profile with the SINP.
