Stress and anxiety although important in a small amount to keep you motivated and driven when stress is chronic and your brain in overwhelmed long term it is damaging to your mental and physical health and can cause heart disease, cancer, dementia, depression, anxiety and other immune disorders. It is important to STOP stress and the chronic negative effect it has on your brain and mind and body. An important part of healing from mental health disorders like #anxiety and #depression is to stop stress and learn how to stop stress that you do have control over. It maybe you have to set personal boundaries and say no to others, it may be that to stop stress you need to prioritise what is important and what can be left until another day. The biggest thing that you will have to learn is how to stop stress that is cause by your own negative thoughts and behaviours. It is key to recognise those negative thought patterns and let them go when you learn how to stop stress and the negative impact it has on your physical and mental health. you must learn to only control what you can change and then release #stress.
