As we grow older, we dream of so many things and achieving them bit by bit through our constant effort and perseverance. I remember for a few months we had stayed at a place which belonged to one of my father’s colleagues and was arranged by him for a few months only as it had some pre-bookings. It was a 1BHK flat and not so spacious even to accommodate three of us. Somehow we managed to stay there for around six months, and meanwhile, my father was on the lookout for some better-rented place. Even back then, Mumbai was so expensive that we could afford only a small space and so there were not many options to think about. To be honest, it never feels good to live in a place that will never be mine and somewhere it did not feel like home. By the time I graduated and entered my work life, we had changed a few more addresses and lately, we were living at a rented house near my father's office. So after all that we have gone through all these years, my only big dream was to own a residential property in Mumbai with my hard-earned money.
