Ivonescimab is a novel bispecific antibody indicated for the treatment of EGFR-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (nsq-NSCLC) in patients whose disease has progressed following prior EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) therapy. By targeting key pathways involved in tumor growth and progression, ivonescimab provides an additional treatment option for eligible patients with advanced EGFR-driven lung cancer. It is supplied as 100 mg/10 mL per bottle, with dosing and administration determined according to the approved prescribing information and individual patient needs.
