Cadonilimab is a bispecific immune checkpoint inhibitor indicated for the treatment of selected advanced or metastatic malignancies, including persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer and locally advanced unresectable or metastatic gastric/gastroesophageal junction (G/GEJ) adenocarcinoma in approved treatment settings. By simultaneously targeting PD-1 and CTLA-4 pathways, cadonilimab enhances antitumor immune responses and has emerged as an important immunotherapy option for eligible patients. It is supplied as 125 mg/10 mL per bottle, with dosing and administration determined according to the approved indication, treatment regimen, and patient-specific factors.
