We’re entering one of the biggest wealth transfer periods in history. That’s not a prediction any more. That’s a fact of the live market. Some 72% of heirs in the Asia-Pacific region first consult wealth professionals and family offices about succession, a much higher number than in North America and Europe, Reuters reported in May 2026. In December 2025, Reuters also reported that inheritance among billionaires had reached record levels, with the U.S. and India among the major regions affected.
