India’s Rice Procurement Rises 13% in First Two Months as Southern States Lead Growth - Shah Enterprises India’s rice procurement surged 12.7% in Oct–Nov 2025–26 as states like Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Haryana drove growth. Total procurement hit 194.14 lt, compared with 172.24 lt last year. Despite a dip in Punjab and UP, the strong performance strengthens the central pool ahead of the new Kharif season.
