USA Passport Application: A federal judge in Massachusetts has mandated the State Department to provide passports to six trans individuals. And nonbinary persons, while proceedings persist disputing President Donald Trump’s directive recognizing individuals only by their gender assigned at birth. Trump’s mandate, authorized on his initial day resuming office, Jan. 20, instructed the administration to acknowledge solely two genders, masculine and feminine.
