The term robots and artificial intelligence (AI) may appear to be interchangeable, yet they refer to two distinct domains. AI is software, while robots are hardware. In technical terms, robots are machines that are designed to perform one or more simple to complex tasks automatically and with utmost speed and precision, whereas AI is a computer programme that exhibits some of the behaviours associated with human intelligence, such as learning, planning, reasoning, knowledge sharing, problem solving, and more. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a branch of computer science that examines intelligent machines that act and react similarly to humans.
