Turkish flag consists of a red leaf with a symbol of white sickle and a five-pointed star that are situated in the left piece of the flag. The symbolism of every one of these components has its underlying foundations in ancient history, Flag of Turkey. The red tone was utilized by the Ottoman Empire, whose starting points date back to the thirteenth century. Sickle and star are ancient symbols of Islam, anyway it showed up in Turkey even before Islam.
