Located in Dalta, Las Pinas Philippines, Permanent Aid University is a Catholic university with campuses in Los Pinos, Calamba, Cavite, and Begur in Laguna, Philippines. On February 5, 1975, Dr. Antonio Laurel and his wife, Dr. Daisy Moran Tamayo, founded the Permanent Auxiliary College Resol (PCHR). Initially, it offered only one undergraduate nursing course with 700 students. Campuses were then established in Molina and Calamba in 1995 and 1996, respectively. The Higher Education Commission (CHED) granted it university status, and in 2017 it granted the university autonomous status. Permanent Assistance Organization University Dalta believes in the principle that "the building of writing is the building of the country." It operates on the concepts of community service, teaching and research.
