Fison FISH Hybridization System is a compact benchtop instrument designed to automate denaturation and hybridization processes in fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) workflows. It accommodates up to 12 slides and operates across a temperature range of 0 to 100°C. The system features three operational modes—denaturation and hybridization, hybridization, and multistep processing—allowing laboratories to adapt 105 user-defined protocols to different assay requirements. Its touchscreen interface, automatic cooling and warm-up functions, and temperature accuracy of ≤ ±1°C help maintain consistent thermal conditions throughout the procedure. Manufactured for medium- to high-volume cytogenetics and molecular diagnostics laboratories, it supports routine and research-based FISH testing for the detection of chromosomal abnormalities, gene amplifications, and infectious disease markers.
