What Is WIX-fastBLOT Fast Semi-dry Blot System? Core Definition and Working Principle The Fast Semi-dry Blot System WIX-fastBLOT is a professional high-throughput semi dry transfer experimental equipment independently developed for routine protein transfer links. Different from the full immersion working mode of traditional wet transfer, the core working principle of this innovative device is to adopt a thin-layer buffer infiltration transfer mode: build a gel-membrane-filter paper sandwich soaked with a small amount of buffer, and place it between the upper and lower plate electrodes of the equipment. The close-distance electrode layout effectively reduces the internal electrical resistance of the transfer system, improves the current density of protein migration, and realizes rapid and uniform transfer of proteins from gels to membranes. Different from ordinary low-end transfer devices on the market, the WIX-fastBLOT integrates independent dual-cassette structure, high-efficiency heat dissipation channel, integrated power supply system and precise pressure locking design, realizing qualitative breakthroughs in transfer speed, experimental stability, operation flexibility and compatibility. Its core design goal is to help laboratories complete high-quality protein transfer in the shortest time, reduce experimental error rates, save consumable costs, and meet the high-standard experimental needs of scientific research, pharmaceutical R&D and clinical testing.
