One of the major producers of NPK fertiliser worldwide is Indonesia, which has a robust fertiliser industry. Complex fertilizers are helpful to farmers because they provide plants with a balanced supply of nutrients and do away with the need for multiple applications of different fertilizers. This lessens the potential of over-fertilizing, which could harm the environment and the plants in addition to saving time and money on labour.
