Within the first 30 days of employment, Boston Scientific's diversity and inclusion team introduced new employees to nine employee resource groups (ERGs), including one that focused on empowering people with disabilities, claims Camille Chang Gilmore, vice president of HR. She continued, "We highly encourage new members to get involved with those groups, regardless of whether they require the precise resources being offered."
