The significant difference between bridges and dentures is the way they are attached. Bridges can be fixed while dentures can be removed. Partial dentures are made of a mold plate. They may use metal frameworks with clasps or other methods to attach them to the natural teeth. On the other hand, a bridge is a more permanent solution and is not removable. Because of this, it is not recommended for people with missing teeth who are prone to gum disease.
