Permanent eyeliner, sometimes referred to as cosmetic tattooing or micropigmentation, is a common procedure in which pigments are injected into the skin surrounding the eyes to produce the appearance of long-lasting eyeliner. There are various ways to apply eyeliner tattoos; they can be winged, thin, thick, etc. Usually, a qualified expert uses a microblade or tattoo needle to accomplish it. The natural lash line is followed when applying the pigment to the upper or lower eyelid.
