Midwestern operator Buckeye Broadband provides HD Cable TV, TV Everywhere, On Demand and StreamTV IPTV, high-speed internet (SmartNet), with 24/7 Brainiacs support and Home Telephony. The operator wanted to offer free ad-supported internet to residents in Northwest Ohio, Southeast Michigan, and Erie County. Through the FreeNet service, the operator wanted to support customers who wanted to learn or work from home, as well as price-sensitive customers who were frequently failing to pay their bills on time.
