Henrik Stenson will wake up this morning feeling a happy man after Matt Fitzpatrick's stunning US Open victory. It looks like the Brit, who has yet to win Ryder Cup points in two games, is likely to become one of the stars of the team, and will finally be able to play for his continent on home soil next year. Following the launch of the Saudi-backed LIV Golf Invitational Series, the next Ryder Cup team could look very different, especially in Europe. Ryder Cup legends such as Sergio Garcia, Ian Poulter, Graeme McDowell and Lee Westwood pose as players during the biennial competition. And the captain's future adventures will likely be watching the game on TV when it kicks off in Rome next year. Four Europeans in the current top 10 in the world McIlroy, Rahm, Hovland and Fitzpatrick - are largely guaranteed to play alongside Henrik Stenson. Europe also has some very talented youngsters, the Hojgaard twins, who have won 5 DP World Tour titles at the age of 21. They will only get better and will probably struggle to get to Rome.
