Wrestlers sitting on a dharna against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh ended their protest late on Friday night. This decision was taken after a 7-hour meeting with Sports Minister Anurag Thakur. The government has announced the formation of an inquiry committee. This committee will have to complete the investigation in four weeks and submit the report. At the same time, till the completion of the investigation, the work of the wrestling association will also be looked after by the committee.
