Who Can do PMI ACP Certification? PMI-ACP Agile certification is awarded to project management professionals who meet the eligibility criteria and have passed the ACP exams. In order to be eligible, you must be a project management professional with at least three years of project management experience in the last five years. PMI stands for Project Management Institute, a non-profit organization that offers a certification in Project Management. PMI ACP agile certified professionals are expected to demonstrate that they have the knowledge and skills needed to perform as a project manager. There are multiple levels of certification, ranging from Associate level all the way up to the gold level. Anyone who is interested in obtaining PMI ACP agile certification must register on the PMI website, and then take and pass the corresponding exam.
