Unlike other forms of exercise, running is all about endurance and requires a unique mentality, with a much greater focus on nutrition. Without the right nutrients, you won’t have the stamina to keep running, so nutrition is a fundamental part of long-distance running. Now, we’ve all heard the phrase “it’s a marathon, not a sprint”, encouraging people to conserve their energy, but what does that have to do with supplements?
