Steps to solve this error:
Solution 1
Step 1:In the Windows OS, click Start > Settings > choose the app.
Step 2:Scroll down and see the installed apps on the computer.
Step 3:Select the program which is causing the error at the runtime and uninstall the app.
Solution 2
On Mac, this update error code 1011 indicates that the device has no internet access. It is caused when the internet connection is temporarily interrupted.

Step 1:Now select the Apple logo on the top left corner of the display and select System Preference.
Step 2:Click the Network icon and then click the Advanced option.
Step 3:Now open the DNS tab, click the '+' button under DNS Server, and enter 1.1.1.1.
Step 4:Again click the '+' button and enter 1.0.0.1.
Step 5:Again click the '+' button and enter 2606:4700:4700::1111.
Step 6:Again click the '+' button and enter 2606:4700:4700:1001.
Step 7:Finally, click OK followed by Apply.
