Acrylic Mirror Sheet is a mirror material made from optical-grade PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) with a high-reflective coating applied via vacuum metallization. Compared to traditional glass mirrors, it offers significant advantages including lightweight construction (50% the weight of glass), high impact resistance (17 times that of glass), shatter resistance, while maintaining over 92% light transmittance and clear reflection. The surface is protected by a PE film to prevent scratches and contamination, suitable for various processing techniques such as cutting, drilling, laser engraving, and thermoforming.
