Samsung Electronics represented 10% of the worldwide element telephone market in the second from last quarter this year, a report said on Wednesday.

Worldwide element telephone shipments declined 17 percent on-year to 74 million units in the July-September period, as indicated by economic analyst Counterpoint Research.

Samsung had a 10 percent share in the element telephone market in the second from last quarter, imparting third spot to China's Tecno Mobile, an auxiliary of Transsion Group.
