Printer Spooler Service
Printer Spooler is an inbuilt software of the Windows operating system. Until your printer gets ready to print, Printer Spooler stores all the print jobs in your computer's memory. If Printer Spooler is not running, your shared printer fails to show up on your Windows 10 computer. You can fix the issue by the steps mentioned below.
On your keyboard, press the Windows and R keys simultaneously. Now the Run box will appear.
Type services.msc and press Enter.
Look for Printer Spooler and right-click on it to go to Properties.
In the General tab, ensure the 'Startup type' of your printer spooler service is set to Automatic.
