The Post-Graduation Work Permit Program provides allow international students studying in Canada on a student visa to apply for a Canadian work permit if they have completed an eligible program from a Canadian University or College that qualifies as a Designated Learning Institution (DLI). An applicant must apply for a Post-Graduation Work Permit or PGWP within 180 days of getting their final semester result. The course duration must be more than 8 months.
