Plato Data and Butterfly Protocol Partnership will create the W3 Registry to build out Web 3.0 tools for the decentralized and distributed web and across Plato's rapidly growing community and ecosystem. The partnership has created a separate operating entity PlatoW3, Inc. to facilitate the governance, financing and operations of the initiative.
