Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) is a condition in which blood flow to lower limbs is affected due to narrowed or blocked arteries. PAD is also known as Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD). The common cause of PAD is fatty deposits in the arteries that affect blood flow to extremities.
