New Delhi. The five-day special session of Parliament is starting from today (September 18). On the first day of the session, PM Narendra Modi will deliver a speech in the Lok Sabha at 11 am. First of all, the PM reached Parliament House and said - This session is small but big in terms of time. In the Rajya Sabha, there will be discussion on 75 years of parliamentary journey, achievements, experiences, memories and learnings. The central government has called a special session of Parliament from 18 to 22 September. Four bills including the appointment of election commissioners are proposed to be considered in this session.
