The Malta Investor Visa is a fast-track permanent residency program designed to attract non-EU nationals in Malta. With a Maltese investor visa, you can get the rights to stay indefinitely in Malta. Since Malta is a member of the Schengen Area Agreement, investors can travel inside the Schengen Zone without obtaining a visa. This visa requires a minimum investment of 250,000 Euros in the Maltese share market over a 5-year term, as well as a non-refundable 30,000 Euros of commitment with an additional property investment ranging from €50,000 to €320,000. Residency cards are valid for five years and can be renewed indefinitely as long as the investor maintains a Maltese address.
