Let’s say someone booked a ride for 9:00 a.m. Sharp. It was pre-scheduled. But the dispatcher forgot. Or the driver didn’t get the update in time. Or worse, the booking was scribbled on paper and got buried under other calls. The reason could be anything, but the result is going to be the same. The customer waited. And waited. Then they left a bad review, told three people about their awful experience, and never booked again.
