- First: We take several layers of specialist kraft paper

- Then: We saturate them with phenolic resin

- Finally: We fuse them together, applying extreme heat and pressure

(least 1000 PSI of pressure, but likely between 1200 to 2000 PSI, with a temperature more than 120degC)

The end result is the decorative sheets that can then be used, for many purposes.

Comparison to regular Decorative Laminate Sheets?

HPL is of course, not the only kind of laminates out there. There are other options. Hence there should be a reason for you to go for HPL, instead of those ones.

The come with a total standard height of 900-1250 mm. Whereas, their standard width is 400-600 mm.

- Waterproofing

- Anti-vandalism and

- Design aesthetic.

Their thickness also usually comes around 13mm. They're coordinated to receive concealed hinges, at Stainless Steel Grade 304. Furthermore, they come with steel numbering plates.

HPL BENCHES

These benches are therefore, meant to make the most of those. They're composed of mild steel sections. They have sturdy frames, and are powder coat finished. 13mm thick compact grade laminates are used as their planks. or slat formats (available in various colors)
