It has happened to me couple of times in the past but if you have not violated any Facebook policies and this happened by mistake facebook we restore your account.

First Google for login issue facebook
Then add the description ---Hi Facebook pls restore my account i think you have done it by mistake.( Share your user id and phone no)
Attach your Facebook profile

Usually, Facebook takes 48 to 72 hours to reopen the account
